Q: What areas do you serve?
A: The Toledo, Ohio and surrounding areas.
Q: Where are your photos printed?
A: We use the best professional photo printing establishment in our area to ensure each print is individually reviewed and color corrected to give you the highest quality product.
Q: Do you have a studio?
A: Yes! We have an office and studio located in downtown Toledo for consultations and private photo sessions.
Q: Do you provide a contract?
A: Yes! Never book a photographer without a contract! We will meet for a consultation and you will receive a contract to review before you make your decision.
Q: What is your turn around time for photos?
A: We take great care to make sure your photos are edited to perfection. For small orders, the turn around time is usually a week. For larger orders such as weddings, the turn around time is usually 2-3 weeks.
Q: What is the deposit for weddings?
A: All wedding packages require a 25% deposit to hold your date and the balance due 7 days before the event.
Q: Is there a cancellation term?
A: Yes, you can cancel 30 days before the event. However, your initial deposit is non-refundable due to us holding your event date.
Q: How many photographers do you have?
A: We are a husband and wife team, so you would normally have the benefit of two photographers at your wedding and double the pictures!
